oh well, i'm gonna say this here. Tho it's been a long time since i last posted something on this page. As i've had my thoughts written... also posted my support on facebook.

I'm thousand miles away...Fund raising activities. One such lasting for 6 hours. I caught the 1st 2 hours of it. 3 billion dollars raised in the 1st 2 hours. Says a lot about people coming together in tough times huh. Albeit a country comprising people in vastly different lifestyles. From the skyscrapers in shopping heaven Taipei, the up and developing GaoXiong, to the aboriginal tribes atop mountains all across Tainan and TaiZhong, not to mention the ever popularly jeered hot-tempered elections in the country, and all Chinese across Asia came together in those 6 hours raising an amazing 7 billion NT dollars makes me a proud Chinese.

Kinda frustrated how disaster struck that fast. I just caught a video newsfeed on the daily Taiwan noon news, suggesting the flood that's caused all the panic and fear in the country MAY be caused by human negligence. Sad to hear huh...

To all who lost family and friends, 8-8-09 will be remembered as a sad day, i'll be praying. The rebuilding process is gonna be hard and long... but stay strong... as tough times don't last, tough people do. I'll be praying for all of u.
